Head Chef required - Well Known Unit- Next step up You will be a hands on chef and be passionate about client and customer interaction. You will be passionate about fresh food, and be creative and forward thinking in your approach. The successful candidate will take ownership of the kitchen, be self-motivated and willing to perform o the highest of standards. The buck will stop with you so you need to be prepared to cover at last minute and be able to work in a high pressure environment. Head Chef required - Well Known Unit- Next step up The suitable candidate wil be savvy with health & safety, food costings and other weekly administration tasks. Ideally you will come from a restaurant or hotel background, with experience in contract catering. Similar experience is advantageous, although a senior Sous chef with the drive to move to the next step will be strongly considered.
