You will be part of a close knit team of 7 preparing quality British cuisine for a variety of sit-down and canapé style functions and a 50 cover restaurant. *Fantastic Demi Chef de Partie required for private club - Great Opportunity! * The ideal candidate will be NVQ qualified and have quality experience with in a similar role. You will need to be keen to learn and apply a 'can do' attitude, and possess the ability to effectively run a small section of the kitchen.
