***Fantastic sous chef opportunity at top London Hotel***
My client is one of Londons premier hotels with a reputation for funky bespoke service. They have an award winning A La Carte restaurant and Bar, room service and events offer.
They are currently looking to bring on board a talented sous chef to aid the Exec sous and the Exec Chef in the running of the whole kitchen operation. The role will involve: Running the Kitchen in the absence of senior chefs Liaising wih suppliers on a daily basis Creating specials Managing a large brigade of 50+chefs Training and developing Junior Chefs Carrying out monthly stocktakes
This a fantastic opportunity for a strong sous to progress their career with a world renowned restaurant and hotel group.
Applicants should have previous experience working within a 5 star hotel or busy quality restaurant and the ability to handle a large cover count upto 450, good management exprience and a real flair for creative modern Asian Fusion style food.
This is a 5/7 operation with mostly straight shifts paying £26k
