Our client is one of Londons leading retail institutions. They are currently seeking a sous chef to aid the head chef in overseeing their production kitchen.
Producing large volumes of food to be sold throughout the various F &B operations on site and also creating all the food for the retail side.

Looking after a brigade of thirty chefs applicants must be strong and confident working in a high volume kitchen, input into menu design and new product ideas is encouraged and consistency of quality is a must. The succesful applicant should have strong computer skills in order to be able to input all recipes and costings on the company intranet.

Applicants must have experience working in a high volume hotel at a similar level, be passionate about fresh food and be used to working under pressure.

In return candidates can expect a generous salary of £25,000, working 5 days out of 7. No Doubles just straight shifts
