***Fantastic Sous Chef Opportunity***
My client is a fantastic retail outlet within a busy tourist attraction in Central London. At this site they offer a very upsacle deli operation making everything fresh on site from curing their own bacon to making their own sausages. The style of food is based around using fantastic fresh ingredients preparing them simply, allowing the quality of the produce to shine through.
They are currently looking to bring on board a passionate sous chef to assist the head chefin the running of the operation. Working within a brigade of 6 you will be responsible for working all areas of the kitchen, have input into menu development and train junior chefs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with real passion for fantastic food and ingredients.
Applicants should have experience working within a similar environment and be comfortable working to large volumes.
Would suit a strong CDP looking for their next step. In return my client is offering a salary of upto £23k working on a 5/7 basis. |
