My client is a leading contract caterer in the London area, they have a real emphasis on fresh, quality food. At this prestigious site in the west end they offer a staff dining facility for upto 60 staff and 2 fantastic pre order set menu restaurants. All the food is made fresh on site to a very high standard.
They are currently looking to bring on board a Talented CDP to join their small brigade.
Working within a team of three the succesful applicant will be responsible for preparing all the food for the hospitality operation and both restaurants, they will also need to maintain all due dilligence.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a small team in a bespoke hospitality operation.
This is predominantly a Tuesday to Saturday role from 10 - 7, However these hours can sometimes change depending on when functions are booked in.
Salary: £19k
