Sous Chef - Top End Contract Unit - London
My client is a leading operator in the field, they have a ntaional presence and are constantly striving to deliver excellence.
At this high profile site in the city they offer an extensive staff dining offer, encompassing a large theater bar, Grill bar, salad and deli bars. Everything is mad fresh on site and top the highest of standards.
They are currently looking to bring on board a very strong Sous chef to assist the Head chef in the consistant delivery of the catering offer.
Sous Chefs will be required aid the Head chef with menu design, financials, manage the kitchen and above all be able to enthuse and inspire junior chefs. The Kitchen Brigade consists of 9 in total catering for 650 covers daily.
Would suit a Chef with a strong background in Restaurants and Contract Catering, looking for a move to a top end unit with fantastioc scope for wider development and progression.
Hours: Mon - Fri Salary: £27k |
