Central London We are recruiting to fill a role at a great new restaurant based in North London. The position would suit a chef confident with local British seafood as well as traditional and modern takes on the menu. As Second Chef you will be in charge of a small team of around 4 chefs at any one time. You will manage the kitchen whilst doing service reporting to the Kitchen and general managers on site. As Second Chef you must have the suitable background within a independent restaurant, preparing food fresh on site with specific skills in preparing Fish and seafood. The Second Chef will be enthusiastic and passionate about the work and have the ability to motivate other members of the team. You must be flexible with hours and able to work weekends and evenings. With two outlets, this restaurant caters for an a la carte and take-away service for approximately 100 covers per day. This position is available immediately with the opening due in two weeks.
