Our client are one of the best Contract Caterers serving the London area. They are currently looking for a passionate and foodie Head Chef to lead from the front at one of their high profile B&I sites.
Head Chef - B&I Site - Hertfordshire
As the Head Chef you will be overseeing a brigade of 8 Chefs and operating within 2 Restaurants & 2 Cafes on site. The site has over 3000 staff and the Restaurants see about half of that on a daily basis. All fresh food, offering Breakfast and Lunch. There is limited hospitality on site also.
Head Chef - B&I Site - Hertfordshire
Ideally you will come from a similar environment within a B&I Contract Catering unit. Knowledge and experience of handling GP, monitoring Health & Safety and HACCP a must!!
