
Front of house we regularly supply waiting staff for banqueting, room service, breakfast service and fine dining restaurants. We also supply cocktail waiters, bar staff and wine waiters to some of the finest establishments in the industry. First impressions are always what counts when you arrive at a hotel or restaurant, and Admiral supply luggage porters, concierge staff, receptionists right through to front office managers of the highest calibre. Looking back of house, the Admiral team provide chefs of all grades, kitchen porters and senior positions in the housekeeping area.
Personnel who register with Admiral will have already gained some experience of working in a hotel, fine dining retaurants or private club. All personnel will also be asked to attend our Front of House training; this is run by one of longest serving and most respected City butlers who teachers them the finer points of service and then provides our consultants with valuable feedback.
A key part of our service is the undertaking of a full assessment of your establishment to help us understand the needs of the hotel or club. This allows us to best match the skills and experience of our staff to the venue. We look at methods of service and management style and then create unique joining instructions for the hotel or restaurants. Where more than 10 temporary staff are being supplied your consultant will check all the temps in to the venue. Following the booking we will ask you to rate the staff so we can re-assign the most appropriate people for future bookings and build on continuity and quality of service.
