Founder, Paula Rogers, a fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, said: “We are so proud to have received this recognition from this prestigious global awards programme.
“ It is wonderful to see our attempts and efforts in getting individuals, whom society often deems as ‘unemployable’ into permanent roles with the hospitality sector, recognised in this way. We are fortunate to work with clients and candidates whose diversity values align with our ethos. The diversity of our own internal workforce is a direct reflection of what we say, we do.”
Admiral Recruitment placements range from senior directorship roles to bespoke senior chefs, the front of the house and all roles within operations, from interim management and chefs to events, waiters/bar staff, baristas and food service assistants. Clients include top London restaurateurs, hoteliers, iconic venues, top footsie company and all of the UK’s leading corporate foodservice operators.
Many of its staff are former chefs, baristas, waiters and catering managers so they have the knowledge and understanding of this specialist niche and the challenges and opportunities it holds.
The Global Recruiter Awards’ comments included: “Highly Commended goes to a business which shows impressive investment in its candidates’ careers, as well as being a thought leader in the sector. The judges were also extremely impressed by Admiral Recruitment’s efforts at helping to get the long-term unemployed into work.”
Paula Rogers said: “I see this commendation as a testament to our tenacity and our core beliefs. It is a huge accolade for our internal team who live out our values and place diversity at the heart of this business, day-in, day out.”
