My Client is a creative restaurant group opening another brasserie in central London. The Sous Chef will be responsible for a very exciting venture for the company situated in a top location in London.

The Sous Chef must be genuinely excited about fresh seasonal produce and creating simple flavoursome food.

You will be responsible for the training of staff, control of stock, liaising with suppliers, control of GP, and maintaining all standards within the kitchen. As Sous Chef you will be managing a team of 6 and must also be comfortable working to large volumes and training and mentoring staff.

Ideally you are currently in a Sous Chef role within a similar environment. Would suit someone with a strong background in classical French restaurants with all produce made fresh on site.
