In 2011 Admiral Recruitment met with the founders of Turtle Bay who needed expert support on resourcing and recruitment to support their expansions plans from two stores to potentially a dozen.
We were more than happy to assist and began recruiting for high calibre restaurant staff, both front and back of house, for Turtle Bay restaurants all over the UK.
Five years on, we have not only supported the mobilisation of this great caterer’s growth plan but we have supported Turtle Bay’s expansion from a local restaurant brand to a nationwide restaurateur, supporting over 40 of its restaurant openings over the last five years.
We have permanently placed senior management including just over 20 general managers, over 15 assistant managers and a number of operations managers.
With a stunning retention rate of over 90%, we have now built and maintained a fantastic relationship with the Turtle Bay team.
