to offer help and advice and ensure that we get it right-first-time

- To help us do this we have built up a database of personally screened
candidates all of whom have many years of experience in the industry

- A number of closely matched candidates are selected and contacted
to confirm their availability and to discuss the role with them.
- A shortlist of 2 or 3 candidates are forwarded to you for your approval
and interviews are arranged.
- The best candidate is accepted and terms and conditions of their contract
agreed. We also require our exec temps to sign a confidentiality agreement
prior to being briefed on a given assignment.
- During the duration of the assignment, we keep in contact with both
you and the interim manager to make sure expectations are being met
on both sides.
- Once the assignment is completed, we will contact you for feedback
and comments.
